Here is a video explaining plank for beginners. Hold this position for 15 to 60 seconds depending on what you able to do with proper form. It’s more important to maintain form for a shorter time than improper form for longer time. Eventually, you can work up to holding for longer periods. If this is new to you, try adding 3 seconds to your best time each week. Rest for approximately one minute and repeat three to five times.
