Improvements in mental health, decision making, restoring the body, and productivity are just a few of the benefits from spending time in nature. Time outside is super important for kids. Vitamin D our bodies get from the sun help them develop strong bones but the sun also gives everyone a mood boost.

Maybe organizing a trip to a National Park is not feasible at the moment, but just sitting in a green space can help reduce stress levels.
