To establish new habits, planning your week is one of the best things you can do! One week at a time becomes one month at a time. By staying consistent in the short-term, you will find yourself accomplishing your goals week by week. Sundays are usually a good day to plan the week ahead and reflect on the previous wins to build upon.
Take just 15 minutes of your Sunday to focus on important activities in the week ahead. What are your “must do'“ appointments? Where can you find the time to prepare a new healthy meal? Where can you find 15-30 minutes of exercise?
Putting this in your plan will eliminate the thinking later in the week when you might be feeling stressed or tired. Just check where you’ve plugged in your new priority and execute. You already know what you need to and when, then you’ll enjoy the feeling of completing your goal at the end of the week.
